Ah...the joys of having the auditors round. Well hardly...
The annual visit from the auditors is, let’s face it, unlikely to be the highlight of your year.

The audit process is very similar to that of an MOT. It is a way of establishing your roadworthiness. We have established procedures to test your systems and procedures and to verify that all your numbers are exactly where they ought to be and we charge a very reasonable fee for this process.

We don’t believe that you should be paying the MOT price for a juggernaut when you are currently driving a ford fiesta.

We believe that your audit fee should be related to your turnover and if one falls, so should the other.

If your turnover has reduced over the last three years and yet your audit fee has not, I think we could have a very interesting conversation.
